Before operating the robot, ensure that:
The operating area is clear of obstacles and personnel
All sensors are clean and unobstructed
The emergency stop button is released
The battery level is sufficient for operation
Do not operate the robot:
On uneven or unstable surfaces
On surfaces with liquids, oil, or loose debris
In environments with strong electromagnetic interference
During the operation:
Maintain safe distance between the robot and personnel during operation.
The robot is equipped with a emergency stop button on the backside.
Pressing the button immediately disables motor power and stops the robot.
You should activate the emergency stop immediately if:
The robot behaves unexpectedly
The robot is about to collide with obstacles or personnel
Any abnormal noise, vibration, or overheating is detected
The robot loses control or communication
When the emergency stop is active:
Motor power is completely disabled
Motion commands are ignored
The status LED turns red
The robot remains in a safe state until the button is released
To exit the emergency stop state, rotate the button in the direction shown in the figure to release it.
After release, the status LED returns to green, indicating that the robot has resumed normal operation and can move again.
After releasing the emergency stop:
Verify that the surrounding area is safe
Ensure no obstacles or personnel are nearby before resuming operation
The robot must remain stationary while charging.
Do not attempt to move or operate the robot during charging, as this may damage the charging hardware and create potential safety risks.
When transporting the robot:
Power off the robot completely
Secure the robot to prevent movement
Use proper lifting equipment if required
The image shown above is for illustration purposes only. The actual transport packaging may vary depending on production batch, shipping method, and configuration.
If the robot will not be used for an extended period:
Turn off the main power
Store the robot in a dry, temperature-controlled environment
Regularly inspect the emergency stop button to ensure proper mechanical operation.
